Just want to make sure that this IS the correct website to post messages. Noticed that some members get hundreds of replies, whereas others hardly get any replies.

I do understand that replies are optional, but if this is a support bulletin board, then surely the support should be there! Don't think anyone has time to waste on a message board that is not co-operating.

Just wanna make sure that I'm at the right place!

Your in the right place and maybe just need to not expect instant replies to messages with in a message........... The people here are amazing and do their best to reach out and answer any and all questions and needs for support. If you are finding your posts unanswered maybe your not either being patient enough or expecting too much? I can't imagine anyone not feeling welcome or listened to on this board, I have seen countless people come and be welcomed with open arms and total support by everyone, myself included.

Welcome to the board. Jump in and just start posting and reaching out. The rest will come into place as you meet and discover forums you are most comfortable with.

I also wanted to mention sometimes people just don't have time to answer or write a long post ......... if you look down the list you will see most posts are read WAYYYYYY more then they are answered. This post included was read 453 times and answered just 13 I think????? The one below it was read 500 and something times and answered 5 times ...... people have crazy busy lives and a lot of times just do not have time to post. I read off and on all day when I have a few seconds to log on but only post once or twice a day.

your in the right place. I personally hardly reply while I am at work because its Work... then when I get home I have a ton of things to do liek take care of cleaning, my cats, dr appts, myself, and things I enjoy without sitting at the computer. I know a lot of people have a hard time reply regularly. It isn't that they don't support its that they have busy lives as well.

If people see that your asking an honest question or need help not just to type they will do that without question. Then again you have others that are members here that barely ever post and just lurk, they are here for information purposes only. either way I thikn it works well the way it is. If you REALLY need answers just ask and someone is bound to answer you but you are better off honestly going by what DANDR 2002 edition has to say.

Most people here have been on the diet for at least a year or more and have a lot of tips and tricks and recipes to offer.
