| I took mesurements at 245 I am gona wait till after induction to do it again. I know I am losing fat cause I just went to buy some larger bras the other day because none of my others fit anymore and now the freaking things are actually comfortable.

| I'm not too excited anymore. I keep going to the low 230's and then right back up to 237. I'm sick of it.

| Well I have now lost almost 18lbs since January 1st. I am almost to my 2nd mini goal. just this week I have lost about 3lbs. the woosh fairy lubs me. ![]() EIT:02/06/208 2 more pounds till next mini goal

| Hi there, I have had my first day without chocolates. I miss it TERRIBLY!! Although I am not doing Induction 100 %, I am conquering my deamons day by day. Baby Steps!!! I have 140 pounds to lose. I'll get there, slowely but surely... Chat soon RJ |

| if your really needing it, if you can not fight the craving at least limit yourself a bit to....... baking choholate and splenda. 1/2 of a square is 2net grams for us plus the splenda makes 3. if you take 1/2 a square of baking chocolate and melt it down a bit in the microwave then add the splenda OMG its like eating a special dark chocolate. I only have this 1-2 a week IF i can not curb the cravings. but I figure if its gonna be a treat then let it be a good treat .... also there is the mock danish. 2 eggs 3oz creme cheese 1 pack splenda 1)Melt cremem cheese in microwave, 2)mix up, 3) stir in splenda, 4) add eggs, 5) mix well 6) cook for 1 minute and chill till cold. It is ok warm but MUCH MUCH better cold.
