Success in progress

Hi,

I'm nowhere near my goal, but I think my story is worthy of the success board.

Since I started the Atkins diet again on July 16, 03; I have lost 25 pounds, 18 inches, and I am half way to goal.

In 2001 I lost almost all the weight I needed too using Atkins, but I got pregnant and went hog wild. I gave birth to my baby in November 02. I started the year at 200+. On again off again Atkins dieting got me down to 185. On July 16, I stuck to my guns a firmly commited. 6 weeks later I know I will never go off of this diet again . I am just too tired of being heavy.

I know it will probably take some time, but I am convinvced I will reach my goal. Which for me is to be able to buy the clothes I like, not what I have to settle for just because it fits.

Anyway, I thought I'd share because I'm just tooo happy!!

Way to go! Firm commitment- Great for you. I too believe it is the only way to go. Can't wait for the world of clothes that will soon behold me.

Since you're gettting near goal now I just had to bump this up! You are a fantastic success story.

I'm upping the bar for myself this week with exercise, so came by to get inspired.
