| Well I lived through the Birthday party. I made sure to eat up before I went there. I took 3 slices of turkey meat and laid it on a plate took one slice of finlandia swiss(the best ever swiss cheese) and divided into 3 pieces, laid that on top of the turkey, then took 1 1/2 pieces of crispy bacon. Rolled them up and ate it!!! I bet it would of been better warmed up; to melt the cheese a little bit. Tasted just like a turkey club!!!!!!! The only thing is I was the cake cutter. How was I nominated for this? After I cut everyone a piece, there was frosting on my finger and no napkin nearby. I licked it.. omg and didnt even think about it. It's amazing how you just have habits. After I licked it, I thought, omg what did I just do? Probably 5 carbs in that one lick!!!!!! As everyone was enjoying their cake and ice cream I had another glass of water..lol..not quite as tasty.

| I agree, planning ahead makes such a difference! Also, eating before you go to an event....I've done this a few times and it's really helped me a lot. Congratulations on losing 5 lbs in 5 days, that's awesome! Keep up the great work and stick to no cheating...it really makes a difference all around (physically and mentally). Sarina |
