Thanks for posting your menu Amanda!! I"m glad to hear the shakes are working for you because the last time I did Atkins I added those in and my weight loss stalled so I haven't even tried those this time around. I figured after Induction that would be a good time to throw them into the mix. Today I had 4 pieces of bacon for breakfast (too lazy to make eggs to go with), then I had chicken around lunch time and a small salad with 2 tablespoons of ranch dressing, tonight I had a steak drenched in olive oil and some salt and pepper...I am going to make broccoli with butter in a bit just letting myself get a little more hungry. The past few days my app. has really decreased. I've still been keeping up with the 100oz of water daily though.
I also went to the gym today for the first time in MONTHS so that felt good

Hopefully this week I'll see much better results!!
