I found them at the grocery store in the vitimin and mineral isle in the health food section. They probably carry them near the pharmacy too. If you can't find them at the grocery store I'm sure a GNC or health food store would have them. They are awesome. I feel like I've waisted so much time begin good on my diet with out them!!!! Good advice! I take L-Carnitine also; it's great for helping to melt off belly fat ... think I'll up the dose 'cos I still got some belly to melt
The CoQ10 is essential if anyone is taking a statin to reduce cholesterol (as I am); the statins destroy CoQ in your body and that's what causes the muscle aches that some people on statins suffer. Take CoQ10 (I take 150 mg. a day, divided) and, voila! ... no more aches
