| Don't worry about your husband -- they rarely notice. I had to show my husband side by side pictures of me from Jan 5 until yesterday for him to understand I'm smaller......His comment when he saw the pictures were "hey, you've got b**bs"....whatever!

| My man told me... GREAT, now your butt is going to go away. MEN!!!!!! Let's not mention the two rolls on my stomach and one on my back. He's concerned about the bootie. |

| my boyfriend is probably the biggest reason i'm staying so on track this time around. He's supported me from day 1, without over doing it and making me think he thinks i'm a whale. He consoled me when I started gaining and didn't know why, congratulates me when I started finally losing again, reminds me to workout when I don't want to and has gotten me into playing football outside with him. He tells me all the time I look thinner even when I think he's full of it, and has hinted that he's getting me a recumbent bike for my birthday <3

| I had my Right kidney removed late January and last saw my Doc Late February.. well he walks in today and first thing he says is YOU LOST WEIGHT! I just about fell out of my chair, nope the nurse didnt weigh me and people that see me all the time havent said much but are encouraging. For him to remember me and make the comment totally made my day. |

| My husband is very supportive of this WOE. He is always complimenting me, and he cooks all of my food now. Wow! He did tell me he didn't know if I should lose anymore in my bootie. Like I can help that!! His family got to see me this weekend for the first time since December. They couldn't believe it! It makes you feel soooooooooo good! carlae SW/206 CW/173 GW/145 Restarted Atkins 01/01/09 Female/53 yrs/5'4"

| I haven't started loosing yet, (only day 2), but I can tell you I've heard everything from "that's a good idea" (wonderful hubby) to "that's just stupid" (sister) to "didn't Atkins die of a heart-attack?" (co-worker and no, he didn't!). Also my dearest spouse will be joining me in this WOE (in a week due to prior commitments) and that's a HUGE boost. Oh yeah - my "Weight-watchers lifetime member" Mom thinks I'm going to starve...I've done Weight-watchers...THAT's starving!!

| My friends and family don't think its a good idea. They are ALWAYS trying to get me to eat bread or potato soup or something...and get mad when I don't eat it. Their excuse is "its not good to cut out an entire food group". Whatever. Im sticking to it this time no matter what! |
