update after 10 days

Hi to everybody just thought i,d give you all a update on how i,m doing. Well
after 10 whole day,s on atkins , i,m doing great i,ve lost weight and inches /cms so here the details date 27/10/08 weight 267.5lbs/120.8kg bust 125cm waist 134cm hips 130
date 06/11/08 weight 257.5lbs/116.6kg bust 120cm waist 122 1/2 hips 123

In just 10 days i lost this much i,m amazed not by the weight loss but also the cms loss, my son commented mama your waist looks smaller and i,m shocked i,v lost so much there as well. Do you know what i,m hooked on a new style of eating not feeling so hungry in fact i,m not stuffing my self to the point of bursting any more just eat less and feel satisfied and drinking lots of water and got and will get good results so more update on day 20 see ya all then

WOW! I can't believe how many cms you have lost. That is amazing. I must get my tape measure out too. Keep up the good work x
PS I love Amsterdam - I used to go to the RAI every September for an exhibition.
