Well done on your progress! Excellent news! I am so like you in the way that if I decide I am going to do something and get the book, I will read it thoroughly really quickly. I still read DANDR most nights before bed. Keep up the good work x

Please forgive my VERY late reply! I am also a member of a self-help fellowship and they got the idea in my head early on (@15 years ago now) to share the SOLUTION, not the problem. I very much appreciate when someone tells me that it is useful. That is one of the most gratifying words in the English language

Keep up the great success -- keep drinking your water and think about getting the exercise going - you're probably doing some type of measureable exercise now and don't realize it....most of us are.
