| Erica, thank you!!! Yes, you're right 151 pounds is a whole person...it's hard to believe it when I look at it that way. Yes, I have some before and during pictures...not many before because I avoided the camera as much as I could but I have some. I have to get my husband to take a new one shortly and then....I will have to figure out how to download them to this board. I really don't know how to do that yet. I just noticed your pics on another thread...how did you copyright them?? Nyna, Thank you so much!!! It has been a lot of hard work and has taken much dedication indeed! For me it hasn't been just about losing weight, it has also been learning another way which is healthy to deal with past stresses as well as present stresses that come my way and dealing with them in a healthy way instead of turning to food for a quick comfort. I have learned a great deal about myself through this time and I'm sure there is a whole lot more to learn! Thank you Misplaced Southerner, I appreciate your encouragement....I hope you are right and that I can reach my ultimate goal...or at least very close....I am indeed determined. | Hi Focus83, Thank you so much! Yes, it has been a fair amount of work. I started to lose the weight this past April 1/08 and kept going till now....so just under a year it's taken me. I did however lose some weight in 2007 and managed to keep 13 lbs of it off through 2008 so I have included that weight that I loss at that time as well and it brings me to a total of 151 pounds off from when I was 400 pounds...actually if my memory serves me correct I was actually 403 lbs. but I just list myself as 400 lbs.
