Hi, and thanks a lot for your support.
Yes, I have been doing induction the entire time. I am taking a multi-vitamin.
I also drink at least 5 to 6 litres of water per day.
I don't eat past 7pm at night -- and workout with cardio and light weights 5 days a week.
Its been challenging to say the least - but it got easier once I seen the weight coming off. I have lost my daily craving for beer (which was probably one of the bigger reasons I gained my weight, plus the fact when i would drink, I would eat - and eat A LOT.

I've been on Atkins before -- years ago --- so thankfully my body responded very well to this way of eating - this time around.
I will post my daily diet here for you in a few days -- just to give you a better idea of what I've done thus far.

I'm looking forward to seeing your daily diet post. We have almost the exact same starting weight so it's good for me to see what's possible by following induction. Good job!

man thats great i have lost 34 lbs since jan 1st i was on induction for 4 weeks i am on rung 3 i went through all the rungs and found my ccll at 45grams per day but the weight loss was to slow so i went back to rung 3 my start weight was 275 im now at 241 if i ever get to 190 well it seams like its a dream but seeing post like yours really helps me to stay on track i was hoping to be 200 by april 16th ill have to start working out i gess well i try to play golf atleast 3 times a week now ill try 5 times
