| Way to go -- welcome to ADBB and back to the Atkins WOE! You don't say how much weight you want to loose but 12 pounds is a great start. Follow the plan to the letter and you'll loose the weight you want without too much trouble. You may not loose as quickly or easily as you did before but following the plan will make it easier for you to loose. There are some great recipe sites you can use to keep your food from getting boring. Vary your recipes and try new things along the way. Enjoy the journey! | Hi, LeoGirl! Welcome back and congratulations on the fantastic 12 pound loss! Be sure to take time for yourself... kind of hard for moms of young children to do sometimes. But the better you take care of you, the better you can take care of them!!! Wishing you the best of success, and so glad you're here! |
