| Congrats!! I spent 3 days on the road while on atkins and that was tough.. hats off to you man.. Thats a handy summary for atkins on the go. Thanks. Not sure on the ketone sticks but from what I understand the color doesn't really matter as long as it is positive. I think after induction you may not even register as positive. ... Anyone verify?

| Congrats ~ I am not sure but I was told the keytone strips need to be on the pale side ~ but pls do not hold me to this as I have been on google and each site gives me conflicting info ~ but I did ask a friend who has a dietian and she was told need to be pale on the sticks Keep it up well done |

| the darker the strip the more dehydrated you are -- you need to up your water intake. 64 ounces of pure water is the minimum daily -- nothing added but ice -- the more you drink the better it is.
