| You are doing great!!!! Keep up the good work -- drink extra water (ooops someone else just said that) to help with fatigue but also to help flush the fat and nasties out of your system. 64 ounces of PURE water daily is the minimum - I personally drink 150 ounces daily and can tell when I don't drink enough -- your body really gets use to it and demands it after awhile. Can't wait to hear your next post!!

Start weight: 238lbs (01/01/10) Current weight: 199 (03/16/10) Goal Weight: 145lbs Mini-goal weight: 190lbs (out of 200s) Mini-goal weight:160lbs (will be super happy have not been this weight since middle school) Im married, 2 sons (ages 2 and 1.)
