| Reporting in. I missed last week.....was on the road a lot which never helps me. Completely forgot to weigh in too. Today I am 398, which means down two pounds from two weeks ago. Hopefully I will be able to get some good exercise in over the next week and see if I can get the numbers moving a little faster again. Following that I have some serious work related issues coming up, as well as a visit from the maybe soon to be ex-wife. ![]() Stress levels couldn't be much higher these days, and unfortunately I am a stress eater. I going to try and surround myself with approved snack items and try to keep my focus. If anyone wants to give advice on avoiding stress eating I would love to hear it. |

| Hey all. Haven't checked in for the last couple weeks. I had to prepare for a brief absence at work, do to pending hand surgery......as well as a visit from the soon to be ex-wife. ![]() Work threw the usual curveballs at me, the surgery went well, and the wife maintained the tradition of not being supportive in any way. ![]() Wow, well I managed to get through the last little while without losing my sanity, which at points seemed like a serious concern. I did have a few slip ups, and was expecting to pay the price today when I stepped on the scale. Worse though, my phyiscal activity dropped off to near nothing as I basically sat on my butt for the week following surgery. Weight today: 395 I am very pleased to have still lost weight over the last three weeks considering my "slips" and the decreased physical activity. Not a huge amount, but I'll gladly take the three pound drop when I was expecting a multi pound gain. |

| It is so inspiring watching you though this journey. Congratulations on your progress so far. Just remember, life is gonna throw it's fair share of curveballs, don't get discouraged. No one is perfect and slip ups are allowed. The fact that you get back on the path is what will make you successful. The journey takes as long as it takes. I can't wait to hear future updates. good luck |
