| ive been in extended induction the whole time. alot of water and veggies!

| my menu is whatever i can find to eat that is within the induction phase. i have done this for so long i dont even count carbs anymore, i just know what i can and cant eat! lol mostly baked chicken, tuna fish, salads, alot of brocolli, cabbage. ive cut down to 2 cups of coffe a day and one diet coke every two.

| This is pretty much what I do to.I need to stop the dt.mt.dew though I have one a day.And coffee in the morning.I don't worry about counting either.I know what to eat. Mostly green veggies and egg's and meats baked or grilled.And a gallon of water everyday. |
