8 lbs gone in only 5 days!! wow!!

ok.... i did a lot of research before deciding to do the atkins plan. im am sooo happy i decided to do it and put all my effort into it. im actually still in the induction phase, but i have already lost 8 lbs!! omg!!!!!
i still cant believe it. i never had those horrible cravings or the jitters that some ppl may get when starting on the plan. i know 8 lbs doesnt seem like a lot, but thats only 5 days!! i cant wait to see what the journey has in store for me as long as i stay focused, which i have no doubt that i will!!

i decided to take back my life because last week i had gone to a local amusement park and 3 times i was told that i was too big for the ride.. the couldnt get the harness safely over my shoulders.. i was sooo mortified.

so thats when it clicked. no more excuses. time to take action and im so glad i decided to go LC. i didnt find it difficult at all to steer away from carbs.

i am sooo excited now, i can see the results and i know i will reach my goal. thank you so much for reading this and i wish you all the best of luck!! i will def keep everyone posted on my weight loss!!
