| Congratulations! Thank you for posting this! I have actually been quite nervous thinking about how my arteries may be looking after so much meat. I look in the pan after making my food and it gets all lard like and I hope that is not what my veins look like inside. I guess you are proof that Atkins isn't bad for cholesterol levels. Thank you for sharing. So proud of your accomplishments!! |
