| Im not saying that it won't happen but 25 pounds in 25 days is a little ambitious. You will lose, but I don't think you'll lose that much. Hope you make me out to be a big fat lier. So far your doing awesome and I'm jealous. |

| I lost 10 pounds the first two weeks. I would have to say the most I lost in a week (after induction) is 2 - 3 lbs. It varies week by week, you could lose 1/2 lb one week and 2 lbs another. I have had weeks were I stalled, so don't be surprised if that happens to you. Don't get discouraged hang in there, it will pay off. Jacki 5'9" 230/185/140 |

| Thank you! I will. Today was my second week on induction and so far I have lost 15lbs. I am really happy with my results so far. I only have 25 more to go!!
