| well that sugar is sugar I agree with but the carrots are okay as Dr Atkins pointed out the GI testing uses enough carrots for 5 sevings not one which is why I love his AFL AGR lists for veggies. the pita could be okay if it was whole grain the recipes looked good except the light stuff and then the flour tortillas I could eat 110 net carbs doing OWl and lose but not those 110 carbs.
