I like to think of myself as still on the way to a final goal, but I have to admit that I've really been maintaining, with small fluctuations up and down, since October 2003.

LAW I sooo know ..I fluctuate about 5lbs ..a month...and just am choosing to ignore it now ..of course since Barb forced me to take primrose consistantly the fluctuations are not so extreme and neither is my behavior!!!!

also up and down 5 lbs here and there..but consider it at goal. just have to find that happy balance with food/exercise to be down 5lbs more than up

my sincere hope is that this thread have the highest number of hits and that we go into the 100's this year at least!!!! I will bump it until my asss is sore and everyone is so annoyed with me that they post or make it to goal and post just to shut me up

so with my higher math that means we need 94 more people to at least make 100 on maitenance right
