| Heidi, All that I can say is I used to be where you are, complacent and fine! I learned to forget where I came from and now I am back where I came from! I went from 333 to 218 and back up to 333 again. I am not back down to 299.75 and I am never looking back. I will use this as a lesson to keep me on track and to never stray again! | I tend to fluctuate about 10lbs, but manage to keep it right there. When I hit that 10lb mark I get real busy getting myself in check. Like now. LOL
