What is your average daily calorie consumption? Please don't post if you are going to just say I don't count calories blah blah blah. Thanks.

depends on what I do any where from 2800-3500 with carbs around 115 net total minus fiber

I'm usually around 1400 to 1700 a day. right now my carbs i'm trying to stay 50 or below, i'm not running right now. when i run i can take my carbs up to 80-100 day.

I don't count them lol fitday does lol. Just kidding. My cals have gone from 800-1800 depending on what i eat or better said, force myself to eat. I have been trying to plan my menu daily in fitday to keep me steady at 1200-1500 because when i don't, i only eat about 800-1000 a day which isn't good.

When I was on induction, I noticed my calories were right around 1200-1300. As I've been climbing the rungs and exercising more, my eating habits have changed and my actual foods have been changing...now I'm usually around 1700. I was bored the other day and checked my average calories eaten for the past 2 months and it's 1436 or something. It's hard to get over the "don't count calories" thing...one day I ate 2200 and positively freaked out...but then when I weighed for the week I lost 3.5 pounds! So...sorry about that tangent. I don't count them, I just eye them closely...
