| Congrats' on reaching goal! Veggies are very very important, not just for the fibre, but for the nutrients. I think it's a good idea to try to add ones that you like. That said I too am not a lover of veggies, so I'm quite creative in how i get them in. I like both rhubarb and pumpkin so I have those often...I also have been adding a couple of cups of raw spinach to my smoothies before i put them in the blender (seriously..you can't taste it i swear! though it does make them an odd green colour!). Also soups can be a good way to get veggies in. Pureed cauliflower makes a great soup base as well as a sub for mashed potatoes. Search the web for recipes that might interest you maybe?

| Congrats on making goal! Maintenance will be really easy once you add in the gym! Try to up the veggies gradually. Sadie made some great suggestions.
