| I eat a quarter cup of flaxmeal everyday... and it is very good for you. Don't worry, you are getting PLENTY of nutrition from it. You are not pooping the food you just ate. |

| Thanks for the responses! I'm eating about 50 NET carbs a day, I don't really count up how many normal carbs. Lot's of whole wheats, flax, fiber filled vegetables and fruits... etc. I was just worried that since I go so soon after eating the flax, I wasn't getting the carbs from it but it must just be the food I ate before the flax. Amazing how well it works! I used to have to take laxitives until I started the flax. I feel so much better!

| I'm a flax fan too. Love the crackers. Doesn't seem to do much for keeping me "regular" though (even though I drink masses and masses of water). I wouldn't worry too much about amount... flax is good for you and packed with omega 3s.
