| The trouble with adding protein isolate to recipes that are perfectly Atkins-legal and tasty without it - like those recipes you linked to - is that you might be upping your protein intake too much. Remember Dr Atkins warned us against eating too much protein in DANDR. Atkins is not a high protein way of eating but a highfat/medium protein/low carb one.

| I agree, Elizellen... it's odd how many people think Atkins is a high protein plan...
