| More carbs looks like it is called for. Congratulations on losing the weight you wanted to lose. Are you eating from all 9 rungs now. You're luck to have a very hight CCLL

| Lucky guy (or gal?) Just add more carbs. There are a few people who have a relatively high carb intake tolerance. You are probably one of them. Just make sure that they'r good carbs (fruit, oats, etc) rather than ice cream with chocolate sprinkles covered with fudge. |
