| Thanks for all the encouragement and support. It was a very difficult admission, but I feel better knowing that it is out there and that y'all are there for me. Liv, I know that's something that I have to watch really closely. Not going to take anything for granted. I was thinking about BBQ for lunch today, but even with dulled senses from being off program, I could tell that the local joint adds sugar to their smoked sausage. Heading for a can of tuna instead with some mayo and celery. See you on the mileage thread. Knee is feeling better and so am I.

| Don, whether you realize it or not you really give hope to so many of us. It's also refreshing to see that those of us with a few pounds lost aren't the only ones who need to be vigilant. You've come so far with your weight loss, you'll have those pesky extra pounds gone before you know it. Sorry to read you've been having problems with your knee - hope it's better now. Can't wait to read your progress!

| Just an update. Finished my two week induction. I was pretty strict with it. Only went over by a couple of carbs twice, but they were veggie carbs. Lost 19 pounds during induction. Did at least 1 hour of exercise every day except for today. Drank lots of water in the process, but probably still not enough. Headaches lasted three days and then I was fine. Had problems remembering to take my vitamins and missed it probably three or four days. Today, I am starting on OWL, Rung 1 and making my way up the ladder again. Looks like based on my previous experience and the amount of weight loss during induction, that I should get back up to rung 9 again. Also looks like I will be able to take in a fair amount of carbs before I reach my CCLL. I think last time it was right at about 100. Should hit target weight probably right at the beginning of summer. Then SPEEDO here I come!
