SO.. Ive been stuck at 185 for a month. Ive been really down about it and wanted to give up, but I stuck with it. I started running and cut out salt. I'm now at 183!! WOOTWOOT! I'm only 1lb away from my first goal...prebaby

I'm sooo excited. I just thought I would share with everyone here! I look forward to keeping everyone updated. Thanks for keeping me encouraged
