Thanks Loremor Congratulations to you too That is a great accomplishment !! I love your crochet bag very nice . I would like to learn to but it looks hard. Keeping busy should help with the atkins diet |

happy valentines to me !! Lost 10 pounds 
I got on the scale like 10 times then I thought know maybe my scale is broken and then I measured myself and found that 3 inches from my thighs were gone! and 1 inch from my belly gone!I feel great thanks to everyones support this website has really helped me Thank you to all!!
I have much more to go but I am taking it one day at a time .
