| *keeps fingers crossed for job* Working overnight, i would gladly give up the daylight hours for that!! I have pics cut out of fitness magazines, what i want to be close to when i reach goal (whatever it may be) posted on my mirror in my bedroom. I live alone, so i guess they could be on the fridge like my mum does, but i have people over and i think that would be odd To fight the temptation, i was always lucky when i lived with my dad when i was on Atkins since he was as well. On the other hand, when i was living with a bf who was stick boy thin and definitely not Atkins, was a bit harder to watch him eat MacNCheese and not care. Just know - nothing tastes better than thin feels

| will be praying for you. You need to create a mind set that says nothing goes in my mouth not on my acceptable foods lists. We have many short of funds atkineers eating lots of eggs the nearly perfect atkins ratio food. You need to figure out why you chose to lose weight and write your reasons down. keep them close and reread them when you are tempted. you can do it regardless of the circumstances. happy low carbing.

| Me too... i went off the deep end yesterday and ate a peanutbutter jelly...nachos...icecream...then i was gonna do it right today but instead i had another peanut butter jelly. If i wasnt so freaking lazy i would have made a steak instead. Well it only takes two days to enter ketosis and cold water curves appites well. I know it dosent matter but good luck with your situation... godspeed |

| You guys can do it ! You just need to put your mind into the "loosing weight mode" haha i know easier said than done. BUt one thing that helps me is that i prepare most of my meats and even main dishes on the weekend and then i can just reheat them in the oven or microwave during the week. and while my meat or whatever is reheating i take my cup of veggies and sautee them in a fry pan for 3 minutes with a pad of butter ! Yummy healthy food ready in less than 3 minutes ! so when i do come home from a long day and dont feel like cooking i dont have the option to cheat because i know it only takes 3 minutes . You guys should try that Good luck |

| Since mid may ive lost 30 lbs. Turn 15 years old july 19 im 5 6. Just uh dont eat it if its full of carbs. Only thing u really have to remember. If i can do it im sure u can. |

| I'm sure your mother buys even Atkins-friendly food. Eggs, meat, cheese, lettuce, butter,, olive oil, mushrooms.... And if she cooks things you can't eat... start cooking your own meals!
