Okay so i started the Atkins today. I started to put it off until tomorrow, but I dont want to do that to myself. Ive attempted the atkins before. I did induction for 2 1/2 weeks and lost a total of 21 lbs. I dont know what happened. But this time around i am serious about this life style. I really have to loose this weight. I start back to school August 18, 2005 and i would really like to loose about 25 lbs. I know that it is possible. Today is June 24, 2005; my goal for my first week is 6 lbs :yes . i will let everyone know what the outcome is. This board is what is going to help me in those moment that i feel the urge to cheat.

good for you!!! Check out the 14 day induction board too to help you. You can share with some fellow inductees and learn ways to make it beyond 2.5 weeks this time.
