Accidentaly Ate Sugar.

this morning i didnt really feel like cooking breakfast so i went to the pantry and grabbed a thing of pork rignes and some cinnamon so i insert the cinnamon into this bag and add what i think is splenda and shake. i ate like 2 pork rignes and they were great. then my mother walked in and said "you didnt use the sugar there did you" i said sugar?.

soi wasted that whole bag got another and used splenda this time it was ok but i didnt add enough splenda. anyway. will the consumption of what little sugar i had hurt me. cause im doing great on this diet im down to 245 already and thats from 260.

Well, yeah, it will affect you, but probably not too much. Just continue to stay on track and you'll be fine.

yeah i cheated for the whole last week cause i got upset. i quit losing and just said f it. but im getting back on today . runs to get salad.

I know the feeling...
But, look at it this way - you can stick with it and lose one day or you can blow it off and lose a week.

It's a little disappointing to not see the scale change every day, but that doesn't mean things aren't going on inside you. If you hang in there, it'll all work out in the end.
