Made my day

I know everyone has had that day where everything sort of sucks, and there doesn't seem to be a brightside. That was today for me. I was really tired. I had a lot of homework last night, so I was up late. I was really sore from ballet, and looking forward to the 2.5 hours of dance I have tonight (which I am actually about to leave for).

And then, I walked into the computer lab at my school, and my friend Michelle flounced up to me. I hadn't seen her all day, and the first thing she said to me was, "Hey, you look really pretty today!"

That made me smile, and I said, "Hey, thanks."

I love moments like that, and it's not often that someone (besides my parents) just candidly says that to me. :P

It made my day.

Dance was as fun as dance can be when Erin is teaching. She's not supposed to be teaching on Thursdays, so it's sort of an easier class, which I was looking forward to because it's twice as long as usual. But she was teaching last night because the other teacher, Abby, had to take a test (they're college student). I'm so sore. But it wasn't so bad. I definitely got worked out.
