Talking A new Atkineer here!!!

Hey Everyone!!!! Im new to the Aktins diet (only on the fourth day of induction ) but this is definitely working for me! In these few days i have lost 8 pounds, and while I know that everyone loses weight fastest on the induction and that it slows down after, this is definitely working for me! The only problem I have had is school luches (the only thing atkin-friendly is a chef salad) and figuring out different things to try for regualr meals... Does anyone have any advice, recipies, or any other miscellaneous things to say?

*** about my account name, I could not think of anything else so i decided to go with a joke-ish name

Well smartfatty, you'll have to change your name when you're thin! Welcome to the board, I'm happy you're seeing results already!

Can you take your lunch with you to school? There's a great recipe section here you can look at! Just concentrate on fresh meats, eggs and fresh vegetables. Keep snacks handy to munch on during the day, I would think school chef salads would get old quickly!
