Hi, im a newbie my self, I live in laveen, az My starting weight was 195 and Ive been on the atkins diet for 9 days officially,I havent lost any weight but i know im on my way. Great to meet you.

Hi Lisainaz great results keep up that good work! I just started Aug 26th 2008 at the weight of 198 my goal is 140.
