Oh you are in AZ too  .. Fellow Arizonian  .. My goal weight is 140 too.. we about the same right now.. it is hard for me to get started for some reason.. beleive me i have a a lot of excuses lol.. but i need to forget about em and just do it.. anyway just wanted to say hi and that you have had some awesome progress |
