| Well, you are well on your way to the new you. It's amazing when you see the results. I am doing this a second time and lost 85lbs the first time. It was amazing to see myself. I have 38lbs to lose this time and can't wait for that feeling again. Best of luck to you!! |

| kat, thanks for sharing your before and after 7 pounds pics. you'll be glad to have something to compare to when you shrink to the smaller sizes. it's always a fun time to see yourself in the same clothes. no grumpy faces on those days!!
