Hello Domenique...you made my day. I did the same thing when I found this site. I browsed thru the pics and got so inspired by everyone's success. I think that's why I keep posting mine. I wish you the VERY BEST of success with Atkins. It can be done just go for it.

I appreciate your kind words just the same my friend. I seriously love to help and I'm always trying to learn some new stuff to share so trust me when i say I'll be around for the long haul. This is actually my second stab at Atkins and like you, I didn't give my all the first time out. I can say without a doubt I gave 100% this go round and I got it right back and so can everyone else.

Thanks so much. I can't stay out the mall now. I honestly used to hate shopping. True story, I got stuck in a dress that was too small. I was trying it on and couldn't get it past my hips, I tried to pull it back over my head and the darn thing wouldn't move. I had to tear it a little to get it off. I didn't go back to the mall for a good six months after that.

Thanks! I'll have to type something up because I didn't really chart anything. I can say that for the first 8-9 months I did have either scrambled eggs w/cheese and sausage or some kind of omelet for breakfast. Breakfast was always the easiest meal for me. I then started eating salads and sandwiches on lettuce for breakfast. Keep things simple and quick. I have 3 kids, 2 dogs and a husband, I didn't have a lot of time for heavy cooking. Invest in a low-carb cookbook that has really short ingredients, that's what I did...but I'll work on the menus I promise...
