| Hey how are you! i love you pics they are unique and cool, you mentioned that you are doing weight training so is not a bad thing that you are going a bit up on the scale it's because you are building muscle and muscle burns fat so you are good as long as you eat the right food, i'm going thru the same thing, the scale goes up and down and i was going crazy so i stopped weighting my self everyday, i go to the gym 4 days a week and do cardio and weight training so i know how it feels. But kkep up the good work you look great..

| Very, VERY noticeable difference in you over the months! You're doing a great job and it obviously shows in your progress. I definitely wouldn't slow down on the exercise as it's all good, even if building muscle does increase the weight a bit. Great job and keep working your atkins!!! |

| Thank You guys sooooooo much......Lately I have experiencing stalls and it is totally throwing me out of my game......it really really sucks. But im trying to push forward as much as I can.
