YOU LOOK FABULOUS!!!! Atkins is the BOMB! Look how much younger you look than your before pic. You're melting!!!! Besides all of that, i'm sure your blood chemistry is so much healthier too.  Gosh you guys know how to make a gal blush, cry, and smile all at the same time. Thank you for you kind replies. I truly appreciate each and every one of you and being a part of this board. This is really an awesome board with great people and awesome information!They say pictures don't lie...good gosh that before picture does look like I was older than I look today!---and, no, Eric, it's not the gassguzler we own today....ours is a lot bigger...lol... I do feel like I have more energy and confidence in my life---maybe that's the ticket to staying on this way of eating. I wonder if we can say Atkins is the new "fountain of youth"  Irish, Alexa, & Eric, Bio---my C25K buddies---thank you! Your daily/weekly posts of getting through each week help me more than you can realize! It's awesome to have someone else thinking the same thing..."What the heck are we thinking????" when we go up another level! Sherri---I'm pretty sure my blood history has improved by leaps and bounds since then. The doc I visited 4 years ago said my blood work was "fine" until I asked to see the results and it said my cholestrol was moderately high----didn't sound "fine" to me. Today, I am officially healthy and the blood work came back in "normal" range. Got to love Atkins! Now I got to keep doing what I'm doing and get to the end! Thank you again, friends!
