| Re: Before - 187 Pounds It is always good to take pics of yourself at least once a month. You may not see a difference by just looking at yourself in the mirror...but when you hold those pics up beside each other..you will be pretty surprised at the changes you will see. You don't have much to lose, and if you stick to it, you will get there! YOU CAN DO IT!

| Re: Before - 187 Pounds Congrats! Posting pics is the first step, they seem to help keep yu accountable. Then you begin to shrink and compare them. THAT'S when the fun really begins. I wish you well with your weight loss journey. If you haven't already done so, make sure to start a journal. There's goo-gobs of support here, you'll do well.
