I agree, you have definitely lost noticeable weight, its very appearerant in your chin. Look at your profile in the full body pics and you can really see how much of it is gone and also in the close ups, how much sharper your jawline looks! You look great, keep up the good work!

I have to tell you I can see a difference. Now, I have to tell you, I have lost 70 lbs. now and people are just now starting to notice ... something is different about you?
Are you feeling ok dear??? LOL I started out so heavy that it has taken this long for anyone to notice 4 months and 11 days and 70 lbs. later they are just now realizing!
It is nice to hear it now, but it was so hard after 20 and no on noticed then 30 then 40 then 50 finally about 60 a few took note and now at 70 about half have mentioned it. So, hang in there your at 30 and we can see it!!!

great job, i can definitely see a difference in your before and after. Because people and you see yourself everyday it wont register that your body is chaning. however if you bumped into someone who you havent seen in awhile believe me they would see the difference straight away.
