Well, the pics are blurry and the now ones are much smaller but even so I have to say that your belly is MUCH smaller. I wish I could lose belly fat like that! WOW!
Keep going, the closer you get to 200 lbs the skinnier you will look! I know it seems like a long way but one step at a time. My high weight was almost 325 and I have fluctuated a lot but never gave up on low carb! Now I am closing in on 265, have perfect cholesterol, triglycerides, glucose, insulin and blood pressure. That is a miracle itself considering I have been over 200 lbs since grade school! Now that I am once again committed to Atkins I am losing and proud of myself!
You are now under 300 lbs and that is AWESOME! Keep it up and you will be posting pictures of your 100 lb loss soon. I can't wait!

You do look great...you may not see the changes... but you have changed...It is clear to me! Congrats on your success so far!

Yep~ I see it in your tum as well... one thing to keep in mind, is that some of the fat removal happens internally: fat that is crowding our organs and causing them to be functionally compromised. sadly, we can't always see great changes on the outside.

I was bugging on this yesterday... looking at recent photos where, to me, still looked as fat as ever. A friend said 'take a look at 30 pounds of hamburger (45+ in your case!) and see if that doesn't seem like a lot. So when I went to the market I picked up 6 five pound tubes of ground beef, and dam! it was heavy, and looked like a lot! And all that was on me! So I felt better. And I know some of it was nasty fat surrounding my innards. Go try it!

And it's true about getting closer to 200... my daughter went from 215 to 195, and just twenty pounds on her is phenomenally noticable. Myself, having gone from 285 to 255, well, no one is running up to me telling me how fabulous I look. YET.

Just keep rollin' Bebbe! You are doing great! We are gonna get there!
