Hello I'm new. Just want to post my before pics (warning big tummy!)

Well this is me before. Depressing. I'm 5'6 and 230 lbs. I look like I'm more but I have had 3 pregnancies and one multiple pregnancy in which I looked full term and then some in a 2 month frame. So I have a large hanging pannus. I am waiting to be approved for my panniculectomy and I want to lose some poundage before I go in. I'll be seeing you guys later!

hrmmm. maybe I should nix the tummy tuck and just get pockets for my apron sounds like it could be a new trend lol. Thank you girls for the nice welcome. It's nice to see a community so close nit and dedicated to helping not only themselves succeed but the whole community. *hugs*

I too didn't know it was called that. Tks for posting your pics... you won't regret having them to compare with when you're further down the Atkins road. Very sensible to lose a few lbs before your surgery... it pays to be as healthy as possible before any operation ! All the very best to you!

I just want to make sure I get the best outcome I can. I've been a big girl since I was 6. Also I've had a little habg since i was 13 so it'll be nice to finally know how I look thin.
