You look fantastic, great job and thanks for inspiring all of us here.
__________________ 40 year old male 6' 3" What I know: 1-Atkins WOE/WOL plan works 2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat. 3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing. 4-Self-deprecation only feeds our inner ego and not in a good way.  |

the thing that amazes me the most about this WOE, is not that people lose sooo much weight, even though that in itself is pretty amazing, but what amazes me so much is that along with their body changing, their face changes so much also and you guys become almost unrecognizable....GREAT JOB.....Can't wait to see your 'at goal' pics, and I can't wait til I get motiviated and brave enough to lose some poundage and post my 'at goal' pics,lol.....Amazing, your an inspiration....

You look fantastic bluerose. Quite a big difference. The interesting thing to me is that in addition to looking thinner and more healthy you also look *smarter* as well. I'm trying to figure out why. At first I thought it was the haircut, now though I'm thinking it's partially the haircut and partially the t-shirt.....not that there is anything wrong with the Green Lantern......=D Seriously though, congratulations and keep up the great work.
