| Oh no. Once you get into ketosis, and are burning fat, your body says "Burn fat for energy? Woohoo I have plenty of that!" and generally your appetite disappears. Sometimes you have to remind yourself to eat. I started Aug 21. Don't know how much you have to lose, but see, it can be done and doesn't take forever either!

| thank you for your reply the only way i found it was on my e mail this sight is a little dificult to navigate ..Im very new I have 65 -75 lbs to lose you look so great I hope I can too ..iv ben fat for 9 years ..prior to that yo yoed ...but was in great shape 4 10 yrs,, |
