I think you did good posting the photos, were all in the same boat. I can not remember the last time I went swimming without a shirt. We know how you feel. Now use it for inspiration, and imagine how you see yourself at your goal weight.... and think of the pride and joy when you post that one ! Keep it up !

I registered JUST to wish you luck. I was browsing around...looking for ideas and saw your posting. You CAN do this...and you WILL. Be Healthy and Take it One Day At A Time. I'll keep checking back fo updates on you!  |
