| Thank you again everyone for the nice words! How long it did take me? Quite long. One year. But that's because I had months where my motivation was low and I was not dieting. And I had days where I was too lazy to exercise...I had plateaus, too. Ups and downs. Like a trip on a mountain's path. Because losing weight is not only mathematics. I want to lose x lbs untill y day. It's more like poetry. With days where you're a hero. with days where the monster within is stronger than you, with rainy days, with blossom days... |

| Thank you all for the kind words. I've finaly lost 60 pounds. And I hope to be able to do even more, because I'm still overweight. But I'm not obese anymore and I hope I'll never be obese ever in my life! When I was very young, and sometimes I had to loose some weight, I never had a lot of weight to loose. So, because of that, the battle was easy, a few weeks on diet and I was slim again. But easy battles also means short victories... After getting to the right weight, I was falling down on eating and growing fat again... This battle is terrible. It's hard. I'm fighting against my fat deposits since more than a year... It is so damn hard, that, when I will finaly get where I want, I'll apreciate it more and I won't let it go anymore! Because I'm not sure I will ever be capable to start the battle again. |
