| WOW, I would like to thank everyone for your wonderful posts! I am overwhelmed by your responses and encouragement. I appreciate you taking the time to stop by to read and take a look at what I've been up to....I would like to thank everyone here for all the support I have received since I started posting on the board in July 08 .....I have learned such a great deal and have made some very special friendships....you're all my weight loss family!!!! As I have always said, we're all in this together!! I had SUCH a horrible day today (not eating wise but daily stress issues) it was certainly a "Monday" that I would like to forget....and when I came home and logged on and read these responses it made things a whole lot better...thank you!!! MamaJ82 & Cupoflove, welcome to the board and congratulations on making the decision to become healthy..I know you'll both do great eating this way. You're going to notice shortly how much better you're feeling and how much more energy you have...not to mention the weight loss. Do exactly what the book says and drink lots of water and EXERCISE....be sure to fit some form of exercise into you routine....believe me, you won't be sorry...they all go hand in hand. Come here lots, the encouragement and support is AMAZING. Read as many posts as you can and post whenever you feel up to it....and those days you may feel down...be SURE to post. This board is packed full of wonderful people who truly care and understand what each other can experience during our personal weight loss journeys. Thank you for popping by and sharing mine with me! (This is when I initially started to lose weight…but was not on Atkins at this point) Atkins start weight – 347 lbs. (July 19, 2008 – began Atkins) 1st major goal met -----100 lbs. lost as of Oct 2, 2008 - Hit 300 lbs. on this day – From April 1-08 when I initially begin to lose weight. 2nd major goal met - 151 lbs. lost as of Jan 13, 2009 - Hit 249 lbs. on this day. Current weight – 234 lbs. Goal weight - 150 – 160 |

| Thank you Scribbler & Beatin'PCOS, you're sweethearts!!! I am very pleased with how things have gone (mind you, it's taken A LOT of dedication, determination and strength!!!) It's this last part of the weight loss journey that makes me a little nervous (Maybe because I'm feeling impatient) but I am taking it day by day and doing everything I'm suppose to do so things should go well....here's hoping!!!
